Download our PMOS Mental Health Toolkits — curated resources designed to support individuals and communities of color alike.
Born from Dr. Easley's doctoral research on the lived experiences of Black women with PCOS/PMOS, this toolkit bridges the gap between clinical scholarship and everyday wellness. Her dissertation — grounded in a Black Feminist Disability Framework — revealed how deeply the mental health dimensions of PMOS are overlooked, particularly for Black women navigating stigma, misdiagnosis, and fragmented care.
For individuals, the toolkit offers accessible psychoeducation about the emotional and psychological impact of PMOS — from managing anxiety, depression, and body image challenges to building effective self-advocacy skills within the healthcare system. For people of color, it provides a culturally informed framework for understanding how PMOS affects mental health, centering the lived experiences of those most often overlooked and offering affirming, holistic guidance for navigating care.
